3 Tips to be Happier in Work and in Life...

What things can have an immediate impact on your happiness, and are you making time for them?  We are all guilty of saying we don't have time.  Is it that we don't have time or we choose to prioritize our time on things that are not important.  How will you reprioritize how you spend your time?

Redefining the Traditional Notion of Networking

"Networking" - this is a buzz word I hear all the time whether at work, in social/community circles, at church or when spending time for friends.  We have been taught networking is the way to meet people, get new business contacts or get a new opportunity.  It meant registering for networking events with the local Chamber, joining a community group or walking up to strangers with a business card and introducing yourself.

This article redefines the traditional networking model.  The tips offered are more aligned with my personality and personal preference for interacting with people, particularly ones I am just meeting and/or getting to know.
