It all began to make sense, the blank stares, the lack of response, the way one of the kids will walk into the room while I'm on the phone and ask to be taken to the store. Inside I'm thinking, 'Can't you see I'm on the phone?'

What is your fear holding you back from doing? What can you do to embrace your fear? There is an easy assignment in this article for you to do to acknowledge your fears and then learn to approach them differently so you can conquer them. I have to admit, my greatest fear is heights. I cringe and hold the steering wheel so tight when driving over a bridge that my hands are red and sore by the time I get to the other side. When I stand on our balcony I can look over but would never lean on the rail for fear of falling over.
